Registration fee is non-refundable (can be transferred to another participant at most D-2 before the tournament)
Must include Player Name, additional remark (VETERAN or JUNIOR KU15 or JUNIOR KU11), and Domicile Province upon transfer
Flat parking tariff: Motorcycle Rp 10,000 and Car Rp 20,000

- White player must provide chess board and clock
Participant limits
- Registration closes when quota is full
Eligibility
- Participants must be healthy and fit
- Wear neat clothes and shoes
- Strictly forbidden to smoke in the tournament area (disqualification)
- Players are not allowed to change names after Chess-Results is published
- Players must not add the letter A or AA in front of their real name unless matching KTP
- Not allowed to bring outside food/drinks
- Participants cannot receive multiple prizes; the highest prize takes priority (unless participant decides otherwise)
