Bupati Cup National Open Chess Tournament held in commemoration of the 262nd Anniversary of Besuki ("Dalam Rangka Hari Jadi Besuki ke 262"). Featuring Primary School, Junior Secondary School, and Open/Senior categories.
Playing format
Primary School Category: 15+10 — 15 minutes per player, plus 10 seconds per move.

What to bring
- Players must provide their respective chessboards and chess clocks if required by the committee (Pemain wajib menyediakan papan catur dan jam catur masing-masing, apabila dipersyaratkan oleh panitia)

Eligibility
- Categories include Open Senior, Primary School, and Junior Secondary School (Kategori : Open senior, Primary school, dan Junior secondary school)
- Primary School and Junior Secondary School categories have boys and girls combined (Kategori Primary school dan Junior secondary school putra dan putri digabung)
- Primary School and Junior Secondary School categories are restricted to Situbondo Regency (se-kab.situbondo)
- Participants must be present before the match starts & must attend the Technical Meeting (TM) (Peserta wajib hadir sebelum pertandingan dimulai & wajib mengikuti TM)
- By registering, participants are deemed to agree to the tournament rules (Dengan melakukan registrasi, peserta dianggap menyetujui peraturan turnamen)
