A six-day FIDE-rated standard and blitz chess festival for players rated 2000 or below. The brochure advertises a combined prize pool of Rp111,111,000. Schedule and time controls below follow the organizer’s official rules, which differ from the poster.
Schedule
Official schedule — all times WITA
- 31 October: registration 08:00; technical meeting 09:00; round 1 at 09:30; round 2 at 14:00
- 1 November: rounds 3, 4 and 5 at 09:00, 13:00 and 17:00
- 2 November: city tour at 09:00
- 3 November: rounds 6 and 7 at 09:00 and 13:00
- 4 November: rounds 8 and 9 at 09:00 and 13:00; standard prize ceremony 17:00
- 5 November: blitz at 09:00; blitz prize ceremony 17:00

Playing format
- Standard: 60 minutes + 30 seconds per move, 9 Swiss rounds
- Blitz: 3 minutes + 2 seconds per move, 9 Swiss rounds
Eligibility
- Rating 2000 or below, according to the official rules
- Special prizes for under-12, under-14, under-16, women and unrated players
Equipment and entry
- Chess sets and clocks provided
- Entry covers standard and blitz events
- Certificates for participants
- Proper attire and shoes required

- Rating 1800 - 2000: IDR 450,000
- Rating 1600 - 1799: IDR 550,000
- Rating 1400 - 1599: IDR 650,000
- Unrated: IDR 750,000
- FIDE ID: IDR 250,000
- Note: Registration fee includes Standard & Blitz chess.
